No. The MHX XNT is designed for the smaller, standard XNT-style transducers (like 2D, standard DI, and older SI). The massive MEGA Side Imaging+ transducers require heavy-duty metal brackets to support their weight and size.

Does this kit include the screws to mount it to the boat?

No, this kit includes the bracket assembly and plug for the transducer itself. You will need to supply your own marine-grade stainless steel screws and sealant to mount the bracket to your boat's hull.
