The Humminbird EC W30 adds a massive 30 feet of extra length to your sonar line, giving you 50 feet total to route through your hull safely.
For Classic & Legacy Units:
This is the standard 7-pin unthreaded extension cable. It is specifically designed to carry 2D Sonar, Down Imaging, and standard Side Imaging signals for classic Humminbird models (like the 800/900/1100 series) and the first generation of HELIX 5.

Will this work with my HELIX 7 G3N MEGA Down Imaging?
No. The HELIX G3N series (and anything with MEGA Imaging) requires a specialized extension cable to handle the high-frequency MEGA signal without signal loss. You need the EC M30 (10-pin) or EC M10 extension cable.
Is there a 10-foot version of this cable?
Yes. If you only need a little bit of extra slack to reach your dashboard, you can use the EC W10 (10-foot version) instead of dealing with 30 feet of coiled-up wire.
Does extending the cable reduce the sonar quality?
On these older 2D and standard Side Imaging units, Humminbird allows up to one 30-foot extension cable (giving you 50 feet total) without any noticeable degradation in the sonar picture or depth reading.
