Frequently Asked Questions

Will this make my Helix 5 work?

No. This transducer is keyed differently and tuned for analog flashers. For a Helix 5 or 7, you need the XI 9 20 (or XI 9 1521 for CHIRP models).

Does this work on the Ice 55 "ICE HELIX" model?

No. If your unit is an "Ice Helix 55" (a digital screen), this is the wrong part. This is only for the "Ice 55" (the round spinning dial unit).

My flasher is spinning but showing no colors. Is it the transducer?

Usually, yes. If the dial spins but you get no depth reading or weak colors, the transducer crystal is likely cracked or worn out.
