This model (XNT 9 HW MSI 150 T) is the "Compact" version designed specifically for the HELIX 7 and 8 screens. The XM 9 HW MSI T is physically larger and is designed for the HELIX 9, 10, 12, and 15. While the plugs are the same, this compact unit is matched to the power output of the 7 and 8 series.

Does this include the mounting bracket?

Yes. It comes with the complete plastic transom mounting bracket (kick-up style) and the necessary stainless steel hardware to mount it to the back of your boat.

Will this work on a HELIX 7 G2 or G2N?

No. The G2 series used standard "MEGA Imaging" (not MEGA+), and the G2 units cannot process the signal from this newer "Plus" transducer. You must have a G3 (Generation 3) or G4 (Generation 4) unit specifically labeled "MEGA SI+" for this to work.
